TA alumni graduating in 1996 or later: Please contact the Guidance Office at 207-282-3361 for transcript and immunization record requests.

TA alumni graduating in 1995 or earlier: Transcript and immunization record requests can be made to Thornton Academy either:

1. in person at the Alumni House 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
2. by faxing a letter of request to 207-282-2536
3. by mailing a letter of request to Thornton Academy, Alumni House, 438 Main Street, 04072.

Letters of request must include:

• full name, including maiden name if applicable;
• year of graduation;
• where to send the records;
• your signature.

Official transcripts certified with the TA seal are mailed directly to the university or college. Please be as specific as possible about the address to which the transcript should be sent, including a department/office, campus building, or routing number. Transcripts are often delayed or fail in reaching their correct destination if just a general college address is used. Unofficial transcripts can be mailed to alumni, but only if TA has an active, current mailing address on file. If TA does not have an active address, or your current mailing address does not match the one we do have, you will also need to send a copy of your driver's license verifying your identity and current address. If you are making the request for records in person, please bring your driver's license with you for verification.
